Urology devices are devices which used in the treatment of urinary disorders. There are many types of devices depending on their use. For example, a catheter device is a device for capturing and holding kidney stones. It is an elongated tube having a cuff portion disposed on one end thereof capable of being collapsed axially inwardly into the tube and a snare disposed and axially moveable within the catheter for capturing and holding a kidney stone and collapsing the cuff portion. A hemostatic device comprising, a catheter having an elongated elastic shaft, an inflatable balloon adjacent a distal end of the shaft, and a sidearm adjacent a proximal end of the catheter. A female anti-incontinence device is described which includes two flexible discs attached to a flexible stem. The device is inserted into the urethra so that the larger disc occludes the bladder neck during sudden tensing of the abdominal muscles, while the smaller disc remains outside the urethra and prevents migration of the device into the bladder.
