It can test up to 12 drugs at one time. It also has an optional built-in urine adulteration test. Our monitoring device, Ultimate Safety™ monitors patients before they leave the bed. It functions independently or through any existing nurse call system. It consists of a portable control monitor located out of patient's sight and reach, & a disposable pressure-sensitive mat. Its dual alarm activates when a high-risk patient moves to an unsafe area of the bed or chair. It simultaneously signals the nursing station while activating an audible in-room alarm, which alerts staff in the immediate vicinity and reminds the patient to wait for assistance.
