Digital Diagnostic Analyzers (10 suppliers)
A Digital Diagnostic System employs signature analysis for locating faults at the system, module, or circuit component level in electronic equipment. Predetermined correct signatures and diagnostic decision tree information for a particular device under test are stored in system memory. The diagnostic system exercises the device under test to generate signatures which are obtained at various predetermined test points and electronically compared with a stored signature. From the diagnostic decision tree information, a troubleshooting sequence is automatically established which leads directly to a faulty module or component. In-circuit microprocessor emulation may be utilized to generate one or more of the signature signals.
Dosimetry Kit (9 suppliers)
Dosimeter Device is an instrument that measures exposure to ionizing radiation over a given period. There are three types of dosimeters worn by persons who work with or near sources of radiation. The film badge is the most popular and inexpensive. In it, photographic or dental X-ray film, wrapped in light-tight paper, is mounted in plastic. Badges are checked periodically, and the degree of exposure of the film indicates the cumulative amount of radiation to which the wearer has been exposed. Thermo luminescent dosimeters are nonmetallic crystalline solids that trap electrons when exposed to ionizing radiation and can be mounted and calibrated to give a reading of radiation level. The ion-chamber dosimeter, like the thermo luminescent one, is reusable, but it is self-reading for immediate determination of exposure.
Dental Devices (66 suppliers)
Dental Devices include implants, abutments, bridges, screws, and orthodontic appliances are mostly fabricated from low modulus, biocompatible, non-toxic Ti-Nb-Zr alloys. The dental implants provide a biomaterial-to-bone interface that result in significant attachment between implant and bone. The implants may be supplied with a porous coating or macro-texture to further promote bone attachment and stabilization of the implant in the jaw bone. Other orthodontic appliances such as brackets and wires have improved elastic toughness and corrosion resistance so that they provide superior performance and corrosion characteristics.

Diabetic Foot Products (18 suppliers)
Diabetic Foot is a term for foot problems in patients with diabetes mellitus. Due to arterial abnormalities and diabetic neuropathy, as well as a tendency to delayed wound healing, infection or gangrene of the foot is relatively common. Ten to Fifteen per cent of diabetic patients develop foot ulcers at some point in their lives and foot related problems are responsible for up to 50% of diabetes related hospital admissions. All major reviews recommend special footwear for patients with a prior ulcer or with foot deformities.
Dry Hydrotherapy Kits (18 suppliers)
Dry Hydrotherapy, or water therapy, is the use of water (hot, cold, steam, or ice) to relieve discomfort and promote physical well-being. Hydrotherapy can soothe sore or inflamed muscles and joints, rehabilitate injured limbs, lower fevers, soothe headaches, promote relaxation, treat burns and frostbite, ease labor pains and clear up skin problems. The temperature of water used affects the therapeutic properties of the treatment. Hot water is chosen for its relaxing properties. It is also thought to stimulate the immune system. Tepid water can also be used for stress reduction, and may be particularly relaxing in hot weather. Cold water is selected to reduce inflammation. Alternating hot and cold water can stimulate the circulatory system and improve the immune system. Adding herbs and essential oils to water can enhance its therapeutic value. Steam is frequently used as a carrier for essential oils that are inhaled to treat respiratory problems.

Drugs Of Abuse Test Kits (49 suppliers)
A Drug Test is commonly a technical examination of urine, semen, blood, sweat, or oral fluid samples to determine the presence or absence of specified drugs or their metabolized traces. Urine and oral fluid can be used as is for some tests, but other tests require the drugs to be extracted from urine beforehand. Strands of hair, patches and blood must be prepared before testing. Hair is washed in order to eliminate second-hand sources of drugs on the surface of the hair, then the keratin is broken down using enzymes. Blood plasma may need to be separated by centrifuge from blood cells prior to testing. Sweat patches are opened up and the sweat collection component is soaked in a solvent to dissolve any drugs present. Laboratory-based drug testing is done in a two-tiered fashion using two different types of detection methods. The first is known as the screening test and this is applied to all samples that go through the laboratory. The second known as the confirmation test, is only applied to samples that test positive during the screening test. Screening tests are usually done by immunoassay.EMIT, ELISA, and RIA are the most common.
