Profile: Mellen Air Manufacturing, Inc. offers Rem-Air®, a low air loss support mattress system. We have patented this unique, one-piece, self contained mattress, free of pumps and hoses. We also supply Rem-Air XL and the Rem-Air 2000. The Rem-Air self-adjusting, low air loss mattress replacement system has a parallel plenum chamber constructed in series, attached and interconnected. Rem-Air achieves low air loss capability by varying pressure and counter pressure against various parts of the chamber, forcing air through the stitched seams in the system (Rem-Air 777 and Rem-Air 2000) and has continuous air flow within the system.
