Inhalants (24 suppliers)
Inhalants are breathable chemical vapors that produce psychoactive effects. Inhalants fall into the following categories such as volatile solvents, aerosols, gases and nitrites. It produces a rapid high that resembles alcohol intoxication. High concentrations of inhalants cause death from suffocation by displacing oxygen in the lungs and then in the central nervous system so that breathing ceases.

Insulin (14 suppliers)
Insulin is an anabolic polypeptide hormone that regulates carbohydrate metabolism. Insulin is used medically to treat some forms of diabetes mellitus. Insulin is composed of 51 amino acid residues and has a molecular weight of 5808 Da.
Iron Supplements (2 suppliers)
Iron Supplements are supplements used in medicine to treat iron-deficiency anemia. Iron is very important for the production of hemoglobin in the blood and for supplying oxygen to red blood cells. Iron supplements are used to treat iron deficiencies.

Island Dressings (17 suppliers)
Island Dressings is a family of wound dressings that are bordered by adhesive. They consist of an absorbent pad surrounded by a medical adhesive. Island dressings provide post-operative protection for acute surgical incisions. Island dressings absorb excess wound fluid and maintain a sterile environment & provide a protective barrier against further trauma. The island dressings moisture control construction help create the wound healing environment essential for the healing of pressure ulcers, surgical incisions and partial & full thickness wounds. Island dressings are used in stoma care and in patches for transdermal administration of active agents.

IV Fluids (17 suppliers)
IV Fluids are used in many patient care areas from urgent care to home care. IV fluids are given into the veins of babies who are too sick to get all of their feedings and fluids by mouth. These fluids are an important therapy for sick and dehydrated pets.

Implantable Defibrillators (9 suppliers)
An implantable defibrillator is a device, which is used to monitor heart rate. It uses batteries to send electric signals to a heart that's beating too slow, similar to a pacemaker. It can also deliver an electric shock to help restore a normal heartbeat to a heart that's beating chaotically and much too fast. Cardiac defibrillation is a way to return an abnormally fast or disorganized heartbeat to normal with an electric shock. The device is inserted under the skin in the chest or abdomen.  The procedure is similar to that of a pacemaker insertion. One wire is connected to the heart and another is connected to the defibrillator unit. The defibrillator unit monitors the heart rhythm, sends an electrical shock and keeps a record of the events. If the heart is beating normally, the ICD is inactive. When an abnormal, fast heart rate, known as a tachycardia, is detected, the ICD will send electric shock signals to the heart. The electric shock converts the abnormal rhythm to a normal rhythm. The low energy electric shocks delivered by the ICD do not harm the patient or anyone in physical contact with the patient.  The patient may feel the symptoms of the tachycardia as it begins.
Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (13 suppliers)
An implantable cardioverter defibrillator is a device like pacemaker. It is placed under the skin just below the collarbone. The device uses leads to monitor every single heartbeat. If a lethal rhythm appears, the defibrillator shocks the heart back to a normal rhythm. It monitors the patient's heart rhythm, and automatically administers shocks for various life threatening arrhythmias, according to the device's programming. It is used in patients at risk for recurrent, sustained ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation. The device is connected to leads positioned inside the heart or on its surface. These leads are used to deliver electrical shocks, sense the cardiac rhythm and sometimes pace the heart, as needed. The various leads are tunneled to a pulse generator, which is implanted in a pouch beneath the skin of the chest or abdomen. These generators are typically a little larger than a wallet and have electronics that automatically monitor and treat heart rhythms recognized as abnormal.
Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators (8 suppliers)
Implantable cardiac defibrillator is a device, which is put within the body. It is to recognize certain types of abnormal heart rhythms (arrhythmias) and correct them. It continuously monitors the heart rhythm in order to detect overly rapid arrhythmias such as ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation. These ventricular arrhythmias impair the pumping efficiency of the heart and greatly raise the risks of fainting and sudden cardiac arrest. It corrects the heart rhythm by delivering precisely calibrated and timed electrical shocks, when needed, to restore a normal heartbeat.
Internal Defibrillators (7 suppliers)
An internal defibrillator is a small device implanted under the skin. It measures the electrical activity of the heart and delivers a therapy shock if a dangerously fast heart rhythm is detected. It automatically monitor heart rhythm and deliver therapy as needed to prevent sudden cardiac arrest. An implantable defibrillator can first use small painless electrical signals to correct heart rate.
IV Catheters (23 suppliers)
IV Catheter is intended to reduce accidental needle sticks without requiring user activation. It is usually inserted to deliver fluids and medications when a patient is unable to receive them orally. It consists of a needle and a plastic sheath, is inserted through skin into the vein. Once in the vein, the plastic catheter is advanced further and the metal needle is withdrawn and the rubber band is released. The IV catheter is then connected to plastic tubing and small amount of fluid is given through the catheter to confirm the correct placement. Then this whole system is secured with tape and dressing.
Intravenous Catheters (17 suppliers)
Intravenous catheters are used to reduce accidental needle sticks without requiring user activation. It is then connected to plastic tubing and small amount of fluid is given through the catheter to confirm the correct placement. Then this whole system is secured with tape and dressing.
Infant Stethoscope (18 suppliers)
Infant stethoscopes are designed for little patients. Stainless steel chest pieces are optimally sized for infant auscultation. It has a 3/4-inch bell for an easier chest wall seal. These precision instruments are also designed to maximize the comfort of both patient and professional. The solid stainless steel chest pieces on the infant stethoscopes are optimally sized for little patients. The small diaphragm conforms to the contours of infant bodies.

Incentive Spirometers (6 suppliers)
Incentive Spirometer is used to examine the health of the lungs by measuring inspiratory volume. An incentive spirometer is used by people who need to exercise their lungs. This spirometer measures two important numbers such as FEV1 (air flow) and FEV6 forced vital capacity (air volume). These incentive spirometers help simplify deep breathing therapy, using features that prompt patients to perform and monitor their own postsurgical breathing exercises.
